About Us
Buying, selling, leasing, developing or just holding real estate can be exciting and extremely profitable but it is also fraught with danger and hidden pitfalls that can turn what should have been a rewarding and profitable venture into a financial nightmare.
Having an expert in your corner or on your team is absolutely critical when facing the multitude of challenges and complicated details that accompany every real estate transaction. Commercial real estate transactions almost always deal with large or relatively large amounts of money and mistakes, even small ones, can be extremely expensive.
Byron Jones, Broker Texas & New Mexico
Having been in sales virtually his entire life, except for six years in the US Army as an officer and helicopter pilot serving two tours in Vietnam, Byron moved to New Mexico in 1972 with the intent of entering the real estate business. Within a year of getting his real estate license he realized he had a talent for, and a love of, the commercial side of real estate. He soon opened his own office and has, over the last 35 years, been successfully involved in every aspect of the commercial real estate business including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, farm and ranch, vacant land, subdivisions and development. He has sold or helped his clients acquire everything from duplexes to ranches to shopping centers to an 81 million dollar office building in Chicago.
Whatever your real estate needs are you can be assured that they will be handled personally, professionally and with absolute confidentiality.
